About The Role

Our client is undertaking a significant transformation of their data ecosystem, expanding their data management operations from a relatively small number of core datasets to several thousand. We are seeking multiple highly skilled Data Analysts to join our team to help drive this evolution.

In this role, you will configure and use enterprise tools and controls to ensure our client’s data estate is secure, reliable, and transparent. You will be embedded directly with the client team, serving as the critical link between raw data assets and enterprise reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of data integrity workflows across the organization:

  • Sensitive Data Management: Configure and run automated scans using enterprise tools, and support remediation of sensitive data findings
  • Data Quality \& Reliability: Define and execute data quality checks, validate results, and help drive issue resolution
  • Lineage Mapping: Document data lineage and key dependencies to improve transparency into data flow and provenance
  • Operational Scaling: Help transition manual workflows into repeatable, high-throughput processes to support the client’s 2026 growth targets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, privacy, and governance teams to meet data standards while maintaining development velocity

Technical Skills

Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in data lineage mapping and documentation
  • Strong background in data quality remediation
  • Experience with sensitive data scanning and protection protocols
  • Experience supporting data operations across many datasets, domains, or teams

Good-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Databricks and Unity Catalog
  • Direct experience with Data Governance frameworks or maintaining Data Catalogs
  • Knowledge of Data Observability tooling
  • Previous experience in large-scale data migration or integration programs

Why This Role?

This role sits at the center of a major scale-up. You will help grow data management from a small set of core datasets to several thousand over the next year, shaping how the ecosystem operates as it expands.
