Data Analyst
Software/SaaS industry experience is required
Seeking a detailed Data Analyst to turn data into insights that drive smarter business decisions. In this role, you’ll collect, analyze, and interpret data, build reports and dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to answer key business questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
- Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with data cleaning, validation, and transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
