A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the

Data and

BI Analyst

position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to generate actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business intelligence.
• Support lifecycle optimization and efficiency strategies for assets through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational schedules and requirements.
• Assist in contract review, documentation, and system data integration.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, ensuring compliance with budget, risk management protocols, and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of internal management systems.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated by senior management.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or related fields.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
