Job Summary (Data Architect ): Remote

Serve as Data Architect for a large-scale Oracle Finance transformation in the healthcare sector
Define and govern enterprise data architecture, focusing on financial data domains (AP, AR, GL) and Oracle EPM modules
Design conceptual and logical data models to meet business and finance requirements
Develop and document source-to-target mappings, data flows, and transformation logic
Ensure high standards of data governance, data quality, and metadata management
Establish and enforce Source of Truth (SOT) and System of Record (SOR) principles
Lead initiatives to reduce data redundancy and improve efficiency across finance systems
Collaborate with business, finance, and technical teams to deliver aligned data solutions
Oversee data integration, movement, and storage, especially within Oracle EPM Suite and ORMB
Support the implementation and integration of Oracle EPM modules
Mentor and guide junior architects and technical team members
Work with key systems including Oracle EPM Suite (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, PCM, EDM), ORMB, and core financial systems (AP, AR, GL)
Participate in a 2-round interview process focused on technical/finance skills and architectural/stakeholder alignment

Required Experience

10\+ years in Data Architecture/Information Architecture
Strong understanding of corporate finance data (AP, AR, GL)
Hands-on experience with Oracle or SAP Financials, and conceptual/logical data modeling
Expertise in data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data integration
Ability to work across enterprise-level teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Oracle EPM or ORMB experience, healthcare domain background, knowledge of data compliance (e.g., HIPAA), experience with enterprise architecture tools, and Agile/SAFe exposure
