What will your day look like? As a Data Architect, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure enterprise data architecture solutions across platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA, Veeva CRM, and Veeva Vault.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Operational Data Stores (ODS) and Master Data Management (MDM), ensuring clean, governed, and consistent data across enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and establish data governance frameworks and integration strategies.

• Develop data models, data flows, and system integration patterns to support enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance enterprise data management capabilities.

• Ensure architectural alignment with data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering and analytics teams around best practices in data modeling, metadata management, and data lifecycle management.

• Contribute to enterprise data governance initiatives by enforcing data standards, policies, and procedures.

You will be a good fit for the Data Architect role if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

• 8\+ years of experience in data architecture, data integration, or enterprise data management.

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise data solutions within SAP S/4 HANA environments and integrating with other enterprise platforms.

• Strong experience working with SaaS platforms and managing data extraction, modeling, and harmonization across systems.

• Deep understanding of Operational Data Store and Master Data Management architecture and governance practices.

• Experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin or SAP PowerDesigner and ETL tools such as Business Objects Data Services or SAP Data Services.

• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft.

• Familiarity with cloud data architecture across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid data environments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within regulated industries such as pharmaceutical or life sciences is a plus.

• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA is preferred.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for key projects when required.
