We are representing a globally renowned brand, operating in the Media industry, who are looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to join their central Architecture function. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their data ecosystem, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to support their ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

As the Enterprise Data Architect, you will define and evolve the enterprise-wide data architecture strategy, ensuring it supports API-first, event-driven, and scalable integration models. You will be responsible for establishing clear data governance frameworks, partnering with Data Governance and InfoSec teams to ensure regulatory compliance and security standards are met. A key part of your remit will be laying the foundations for AI readiness, creating robust data structures that enable ethical and compliant use of emerging technologies.

Expect to collaborate regularly with the Integration Architect, Data Engineering teams, and enterprise AI specialists. You will maintain the corporate Information Reference model, define ownership for data domains, and ensure sensitive data assets are properly classified and protected. This role offers the chance to drive meaningful change in how data is structured, governed, and leveraged across the organisation.

We are looking for:

  • Good experience as a Data Architect, ideally with exposure to Enterprise level
  • Experience with data governance platforms, architecture tools and cloud data services
  • Excellent understanding of metadata management, data classification, lineage tracking, and enterprise cataloguing
  • Good knowledge of integration architectures including API management and event-driven design, data warehousing, and MDM
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear standards

This is a great opportunity to join a well-known business with a fantastic reputation as a place to work and somewhere that always ranks highly in employee satisfaction.
