What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decisions
• Develop and document data mapping, profiling, and source-to-target documentation
• Create complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from large datasets
• Interface with both business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into specifications
• Assist in the implementation of data solutions using modern platforms such as Microsoft Azure

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on data
• Strong SQL skills, including experience with complex queries
• Demonstrated experience in data mapping and profiling
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
• Prior work with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP data pipelines
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management
• Experience with Excel, Visio, and other documentation tools
