The Role \& Impact
You will join as the
second data hire
, working directly alongside the lead Analytics Engineer within the Revenue Operations organization.
The company's operations generate massive datasets across manufacturing, supply chain, permitting, and site installation. Your core mission will be building, maintaining, and scaling the data pipelines that keep headquarters, factories, and field operations fully aligned.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Flow (65% Coding \& Pipeline Management):
Maintain \~20 existing data pipelines and build new, resilient ETL/ELT pipelines as manufacturing ramps up.
- Partner with the Business (35% Stakeholder Interaction):
Work directly with supply chain, manufacturing, and operational leaders to translate complex physical processes into clean, reliable data.
- Integrate Key Systems:
Drive source-system accuracy across the software ecosystem (NetSuite, Autodesk, site PM tools) to ensure real-time visibility into inventory and production status.
- Unlock External Insights:
Ingest publicly available regional housing and land data to help drive strategic development decisions.
Must-Haves
- 2–4 years
of hands-on data engineering experience.
- Expert SQL
skills and proven experience owning and operating production data pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional Communication:
Ability to break down complex data problems for non-technical operational stakeholders and advocate for data hygiene across teams.
- Track Record:
Experience owning broad, varied problems (rather than a narrow niche on a massive team) and at least 1\+ years at a previous role.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with
NetSuite
(or other enterprise ERPs) and transactional/design database structures.
- Familiarity with
Python, dbt, Spark, Databricks, or TypeScript
.
- A public

showcasing API ingestion or real-world data pipelines.
