Job Description
Optomi, in partnership with our client in the Media, Sales, and SEO space are looking for a Data Engineer to deliver data products and curate datasets for their Analytics and AI/ML partners.

Logistics:
-Permanent FTE position (salary \+ benefits)
-Remote (working EST hours)
-Must be living in the US
-Unable to consider C2C or visa transfer
About the role:
-Working in AWS Cloud Native \& Databricks environment and Medallion architecture
-Mid level role reporting to a Manager of Data Engineering, acting as an individual contributor working on a small agile team
-Creating data products and curating data sets for ML and Analytics Partners
-Lots of room to grow and culture to enjoy
Ideal candidate:
-At least 2 years of hands on data engineering, pipeline development, ETL, and cloud experience
-At least some experience with AI Assisted coding tools Claude or Cursor
-Strong collaboration energy and good communication skills
-BS or MS in technical space (MIS, CS, Data Science, Stats, Math, etc.)
