We are seeking a talented

Data Engineer

to join our dynamic team remotely from Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures that support business analytics and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of large datasets
• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver robust solutions
• Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security
• Develop documentation for data workflows and architectures

Skills Needed

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing solutions
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Scala
• Familiarity with big data tools like Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop
