•Title / Designation: Data Scientist

•Location: Metro Manila, Philippines

•Work mode: Hybrid

Role \& responsibilities:

•Own analytics initiatives end-to-end, from problem identification to impact measurement

•Understand business models, operations, and pain points to identify data-driven opportunities

•Design and deliver diagnostic, predictive, and ML-enabled analytics solutions

•Analyse datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to generate actionable insights

•Build and apply basic machine-learning models where appropriate

•Communicate insights clearly and act as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders

•Collaborate with operations and transformation teams to deploy and scale solutions

Candidate requirements:

•Strong ability to understand business context and identify analytics-driven opportunities

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and advanced Excel

•Understanding of basic machine-learning concepts

•Ability to translate data analysis into clear, actionable business insights

•Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

•Cloud exposure is an added advantage
