The Role

This role is responsible for analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover trends and actionable insights that support intelligent automation initiatives. The position designs and validates predictive and prescriptive machine learning models, collaborates with engineering and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms, and develops clear data visualizations for stakeholders.

The role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven improvement opportunities while continuously monitoring emerging AI and data science trends to drive innovation and best practices across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

Data Analysis

Analyze large datasets, both structured and unstructured, to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that support automation and decision making.

Model Development

Design, build, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.

AI Integration

Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate data science solutions into existing systems while aligning to business objectives.

Who You Are

Education

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

5 to 10 years of industry experience in data science or related disciplines with a proven record of delivering business impact.

Technical Skills

  • Python, R, or SQL
  • Machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus
