Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist part of the Data Insights \& AI team, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions that address real business challenges across multiple domains, including Route-to-Market, Omnichannel, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will work end-to-end, from identifying opportunities with business stakeholders to building scalable, production-ready solutions using Microsoft Azure and Databricks in order to drive CCHBC’s data driven transformation. The role combines Data Engineering, Analytics and Statistics, Applied Machine Learning, and Generative AI in combination with best software practices to deliver measurable business impact across our 29 markets

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dive into large and diverse datasets to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Apply statistical and AI-driven techniques to tackle business challenges
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify high impact Analytical use cases
• Translate business problems to data solutions and communicate findings efficiently to non technical audiences.
• Assist with the whole Data Product Lifecycle, from Proof of Concept to production. - Team up with other Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI and GenAI Engineers in an Agile way of work.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• 3\+ years of experience developing in Python and SQL / Machine Learning (ML) solutions
• Hands-on GenAI experience (LLMs, RAG, Function Calling, MCP, Prompt Eng.)
• Strong Python and SQL coding skills - Solid ML and statistical modeling knowledge and understanding
• Experience delivering production-ready solutions consuming APIs, deployments and endpoints - Analytical mindset, strong ownership and ability to work effectively within a team
• Experience with large-scale distributed data processing (PySpark)
• Experience with Databricks and Azure Services
• Applied experience in ML fields like Regression, Classification, Time Series, etc
• Experience with GenAI frameworks and principles (e.g. RAG, LangChain, etc)

Nice to

Have

• Experience in creating dashboards for data insights consumption with solutions like Power BI/Tableu/Qlik
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices - Experience in Supply Chain Sector - Experience with Deep Learning (besides GenAI applications)
• Familiarity with MLOps \| CI/CD practices - Software engineering experience
