Who we are

Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, analyze market trends, match candidates to opportunities, and power AI agents that apply to jobs on behalf of our clients. Data and ML are core to everything we build — not a nice-to-have.

What you'll do

• Build and improve ML models for job-candidate matching, market signal detection, and application optimization
• Develop self-learning systems that improve from outcomes rather than requiring manual correction
• Work with large-scale job market data — scraping, cleaning, structuring, and extracting signal
• Collaborate with engineers to ship models into production, not just notebooks
• Analyze client outcomes (offer rates, interview conversion) and feed insights back into the product

We're looking for someone who

• Has 3\+ years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or applied research
• Is strong on fundamentals — statistics, ML theory, feature engineering, model evaluation
• Can write production-quality Python and work with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knows the difference between a model that works in a notebook and one that works in the real world
• Has experience with NLP, ranking systems, or recommendation models (any of these)

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or OpenAI SDK
• Experience with async Python, Docker, or data pipeline tooling
