The Role (TL;DR):

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our cross-functional pods. You will build and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models (like SentenceBERT) and predictive algorithms to optimize job embeddings, occupation classification, and applicant forecasting.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and fine-tune language-agnostic embedding models to process millions of job postings.
• Work with transfer learning models and predictive techniques (XGBoost, gradient boosting) to lower Cost-Per-Applicant (CPA) for our clients.
• Partner directly with Product Managers and Software Engineers in decentralized, semi-autonomous pods to push code into production.
• Identify opportunities to use AI/ML to eliminate bias in recruitment advertising.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in building machine learning models, specifically in NLP and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Gensim).
• Experience with big data frameworks and deploying models into cloud environments.
• A "can-do" mindset and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems.
