About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to own forecasting and revenue analytics. The successful candidate will work with direct access to C-suite leadership, taking full ownership of the model lifecycle - from problem framing and data engineering through to production deployment and ongoing monitoring. This is a role for someone who ships, iterates, and measures impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecasting models across revenue, headcount, and market activity
• Own end-to-end model deployment from development through to cloud-hosted production
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to translate commercial questions into well-scoped data problems
• Integrate LLM and RAG capabilities where they add measurable value -summarising unstructured data, augmenting analyst workflows, and accelerating reporting
• Maintain clean, documented, and reproducible code and set a high standard across the function
• Proactively surface insights and flag emerging issues without prompting

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on data science or machine learning experience, preferably in a commercial or revenue context
• Python and SQL fluency, with a demonstrated ability to build and ship usable end-toend solutions
• A proven track record of end-to-end model ownership, not limited to experimentation or prototyping
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform
• Hands-on experience with LLM or RAG pipelines - including self-directed or independent projects outside of a formal work setting
• Self-sufficient and resourceful; comfortable building and iterating without close oversight or a large supporting team
• A strong portfolio of shipped work matters more than an advanced degree.
