Data Scientist – Austin, TX – $130,000–$200,000 \+ Equity

You’ll work fully on-site with a highly collaborative team, tackling hard measurement problems and shipping models that influence marketing, operations, and leadership decisions.

Who you are:

• 4\+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles
• Strong SQL skills, including advanced querying and data manipulation using vanilla SQL
• Proficient in Python for analysis and production machine learning (R is not used)
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, imperfect data, and explaining the “why” behind your work to non-technical partners

What you’ll do:

• Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models that drive real business outcomes
• Solve complex attribution and measurement challenges across marketing and operations
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and leadership to apply data science where it creates leverage
• Clearly communicate insights, tradeoffs, and impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $120,000–$200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
