About the Role
We are looking for a talented
Data Scientist / ML Engineer
to design, build, and deploy advanced analytical models that drive business insights. This role requires hands-on expertise in
machine learning workflows, model development, and production deployment
, along with strong coding and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test
advanced machine learning models
to solve complex business problems
- Build and manage
end-to-end ML workflows
, including data preparation, modeling, deployment, and monitoring
- Analyze and process
structured and unstructured data
to generate actionable insights
- Select appropriate modeling techniques based on data, use case, and business requirements
- Develop scalable models for
high-volume data environments
, including clickstream and session-level analytics
- Implement and optimize models using techniques such as:
- Regression, Classification, Clustering
- Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost
- SVM, Gradient Boosting, Bayesian models
- Build
deep learning models
using frameworks like
TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Apply
NLP and text analytics
using tools like
NLTK and SpaCy
- Ensure model
governance, monitoring, and performance tracking
in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively
- Contribute to building modular, reusable, and high-quality analytics code
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in
Machine Learning model development and workflows
- Proficiency in
Python, R, and SQL
- Experience with Python libraries such as:
- NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn
- Exposure to
deep learning frameworks
(TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras)
- Experience in
model deployment, governance, and monitoring
- Strong understanding of
data science lifecycle and best practices
- Familiarity with
NLP / Text Analytics
- Ability to build
clean, efficient, and testable code
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with
clickstream or large-scale behavioral data
- Exposure to
GUI-based analytics tools or application interfaces
- Experience working in
Agile environments
