Role Overview

The Data Scientist will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing data-driven models that power Smart Bricks' innovative real estate solutions. This hands-on role involves working with large datasets, building predictive models, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to embed advanced data science solutions into our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models, including predictive and automated valuation models (AVM), to support our AI-driven platform.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and insights from diverse real estate data sources.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate and deploy machine learning models into production.
• Monitor model performance and continuously refine algorithms to enhance accuracy and scalability.
• Contribute to Smart Bricks' data strategy by staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and real estate technology.

Requirements

• 5\+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, preferably within real estate, Finttech, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying machine learning models for production, including regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with data visualization tools and libraries (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to present insights effectively.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
