We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our growing team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing.
• Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making, forecasting, and business strategy.
• Create intuitive and impactful data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and building predictive models where applicable.
• Leverage Advanced Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and quick analysis.
• Continuously monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Data Analysis, including data cleaning, transformation, and interpretation.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards.
• Solid understanding of Statistics, including hypothesis testing, probability, regression, and data distributions.
• Experience in Reporting \& Analysis, with the ability to present insights in a structured and business-friendly format.
• Strong command of SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Python (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Range:

• 0-3 years: Strong academic background with internships or project experience in data analysis or related fields.
• 3-8 years: Proven experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and statistical modeling.
• 8-20 years: Extensive experience leading data initiatives, mentoring teams, and influencing business strategy through data.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools and enterprise reporting systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
