What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and run A/B tests to drive measurable improvements in conversion, retention, and revenue
• Develop and deploy machine learning models for:
• Recommendation and ranking
• Demand prediction
• Pricing optimization
• Build and iterate on pricing models (e.g., elasticity analysis, segmentation-based pricing, dynamic pricing logic)
• Define and track key business metrics to evaluate model performance and business impact
• Own the full data science workflow: problem framing, feature engineering, modeling, validation, and iteration
• Help establish best practices in experimentation, evaluation, and impact measurement

You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

• 3–6 years of experience delivering ML or data science solutions in production
• Strong foundation in:
• Statistical modeling
• Regression and classification
• Causal thinking and experiment design
• Model evaluation and validation
• Hands-on experience with pricing, revenue optimization, or demand forecasting is strongly preferred
• Strong experimentation mindset (A/B testing, metric design, guardrails)
• Proficiency in Python and writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code
• Ability to translate business problems into measurable, data-driven solutions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in Agile environments
