Database Admin
We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual who is ready to contribute to a vibrant and growing company. Our Database Team is responsible for maintaining the database system through data collection, data analysis and methodologies as well as maintaining the data integrity based on the information provided by other departments. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the daily operations of our Database Team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- General clerical duties as assigned to support department
- Data administration
- Data entry
- Prepare and distribute reports timely and accurately
- All other duties as assigned
Qualification/Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- V or X lookup
- AS400 / Query knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work with spreadsheets for long periods of time
- Ability to work with the multiple systems
- Ability to work independent with little guidance
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Applications
- SLA ticket reading Education/Training/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED desired, or equivalent of experience
