About The Role
Design, build, and maintain high-performance relational databases that support enterprise applications. Develop scalable database solutions while ensuring performance, reliability, data integrity, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain relational database structures and database objects.
- Develop complex PL/SQL stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Design and implement ETL pipelines for data integration and migration.
- Maintain database integrity, security, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance and application issues.
- Collaborate with application developers to support enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in database development.
- Strong experience with Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
- Experience designing relational database structures.
- Experience with database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience implementing ETL pipelines.
- Knowledge of database security, data integrity, and access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud database platforms.
- Experience with data warehousing and database migration projects.
- Experience with version control and database deployment tools.
