We are seeking a skilled
Electrician
to join our operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. If you are a self-starter that takes pride in quality work and safety and enjoy working in a hands‑on industrial environment, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant electrical equipment for long‑term reliability
- Ensure all electrical equipment and systems are safe and compliant
- Inspect electrical equipment prior to startup and verify readiness for operation
- Communicate unsafe conditions or maintenance needs to supervisors and coworkers
- Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program in compliance with API Specification Q1, 9th Edition
- Complete maintenance reports and records accurately and on time
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required)
- 4\+ years of electrical experience
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and codes
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Work Environment
- Rotating shifts
- Work at heights and around machinery
- Exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, and outdoor conditions
- Lift 50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Must follow all safety and PPE requirements
