Data Analyst

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Data Visualization Analyst specializing in Power BI to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong foundation in data visualization, data modeling, and analytics who is passionate about transforming complex datasets into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end reporting and visualization projects, with a particular focus on Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development). This position plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting strategic business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive and scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver meaningful business insights.
• Leverage DAX, Power Query, and advanced Power BI features to build optimized and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear, impactful visualizations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, presenting them through compelling business stories.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security standards.
• Support the integration of data from multiple sources into Power BI, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Execute end-to-end visualization projects with minimal supervision, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, implement automation, and recommend best practices for visualization and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end dashboard and reporting projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and data manipulation.
• Intermediate knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and relational databases.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and in collaborative, agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of programming languages used in data analysis (e.g., Python or R).
• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate or scripting for workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum or DevOps.
• Exposure to risk management, business KPI analysis, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and drive innovation in analytics processes.
