Job Summary
- Develop and manage BI and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insights
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports
- Ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely access to business metrics
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop BI solutions using:
+ Power BI
+ Tableau
+ Looker
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Integrate data from multiple data sources
- Create semantic data models for business users
- Optimize dashboards and reports for performance and scalability
- Gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across BI systems
Essential Skills
- Strong experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (star schema, fact/dimension modeling)
- Experience building ETL processes
- Knowledge of DAX, MDX, and other query languages
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience as a BI Developer or similar role
