Revenue Optimization Analyst (Merchant Development) at Wildfire

Overview

Wildfire is redefining how merchants drive performance through rewards, incentives, and affiliate ecosystems. We’re looking for someone whose default setting is “why?”

You’ll dig into data to uncover what’s really driving performance — and turn those insights into narratives that help our team unlock higher commission rates, increased ad spend, and stronger merchant partnerships.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and quantify revenue growth opportunities across merchants
• Analyze performance (CVR, AOV, ROAS, commission rates) to uncover incremental impact
• Build compelling, data-backed stories that influence merchant investment decisions
• Evaluate campaign performance, run deep dives, and surface actionable insights
• Partner with Product to test and optimize incentives and offer strategies

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in affiliate / performance marketing ecosystems
• Strong SQL skills \+ comfort working with large datasets
• BI \& visualization tools: Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Advanced spreadsheet skills: Excel, Google Sheets
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, persuasive narratives
• A mindset focused on incrementality, not just performance
• Someone who sees a number that doesn’t make sense — and has to figure out why

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of Wildfire Systems' salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may fall above or below this range based on factors including location, experience, skills, and performance. The range listed is only one component of Wildfire Systems' total compensation package. Additional compensation may include bonuses and long-term incentives.

Pay: $90,000\.00 - $125,000\.00 per year
