Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager oversees end-to-end supply chain operations and provides cross-functional leadership for the company’s U.S. manufacturing facility. Based in
Fort Worth, TX
, this role is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring material availability. You will drive continuous improvement across procurement, logistics, and inventory functions to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with corporate business goals. Lead long-term planning for procurement, logistics, inventory, and domestic distribution.
- Supplier Management \& Development:
Manage relationships with a global and domestic supplier base. Conduct performance evaluations, negotiate high-value contracts and pricing, and spearhead initiatives to improve supplier quality and delivery.
- Procurement \& Material Planning:
Oversee direct and indirect material procurement. Forecast demand and collaborate closely with production teams to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing stockouts or excess.
- Logistics \& Distribution Oversight:
Manage inbound international logistics and outbound finished goods distribution. Optimize warehousing, transportation, freight costs, and lead times to ensure delivery reliability across the U.S. market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Production, Sales, and Finance to align supply chain activities with production schedules, customer demand, and budgetary targets. Proactively resolve bottlenecks and operational constraints.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Language Skills:
Proficiency in
Mandarin
is a significant advantage for effective coordination with overseas suppliers and stakeholders.
- Experience:
5\+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Technical Skills:
Strong negotiation, complex problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities. Deep knowledge of U.S. procurement \& logistics management.
