Growth Marketing Manager
📍 Remote (North America Preferred)
Base Salary \+ Performance Bonus
We're partnering with an ambitious, high-growth healthcare technology company that's building the infrastructure powering the next generation of telehealth businesses.
This is an opportunity to join early, work directly with the founders, and take ownership of the entire demand generation engine.

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You'll own the top of the funnel and be responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the sales team through a combination of outbound, paid acquisition, partnerships, and funnel optimisation.
You'll have the freedom to test, build, iterate, and scale acquisition channels while working closely with leadership to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Outbound \& Lead Generation
- Build and manage cold email campaigns
- Create and refine targeted prospect lists
- Research and identify key decision-makers
- Manage outreach infrastructure and deliverability
- Continuously improve response and meeting conversion rates
- Develop scalable outbound systems and processes
LinkedIn \& Social Selling
- Launch and optimise LinkedIn outbound campaigns
- Test messaging and positioning strategies
- Build automated workflows and prospecting sequences
- Generate conversations with senior decision-makers
Paid Acquisition
- Manage LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns
- Test new acquisition channels and audience segments
- Optimise cost per lead and cost per booked meeting
- Analyse campaign performance and ROI
Partnerships \& Referral Growth
- Build relationships with consultants, agencies, and industry partners
- Develop referral programmes
- Identify strategic growth partnerships
- Expand indirect acquisition channels
Funnel Optimisation
- Improve landing page performance and conversion rates
- Develop lead magnets, case studies, and campaign assets
- Work closely with designers and developers
- Increase demo booking conversion across the funnel
CRM \& Analytics
- Own CRM management and reporting
- Track attribution, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Provide weekly insights on growth performance
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
- Learn the product, market, and customer profile
- Build outbound infrastructure and prospect databases
- Launch initial campaigns across key channels
First 60 Days
- Generate a steady flow of qualified meetings
- Run multiple acquisition channels simultaneously
- Establish reporting and measurement frameworks
First 90 Days
- Deliver predictable demo generation
- Build repeatable and scalable growth systems
- Become a key contributor to pipeline creation and revenue growth
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 2\+ years in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Lead Generation, or B2B Marketing
- Experience running cold outbound email campaigns
- Experience building prospect lists and outbound workflows
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting experience
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Telehealth or Healthcare SaaS experience
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing experience
- Direct-response marketing background
- Experience with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, or HubSpot
- Experience using AI tools to enhance outbound and growth efforts
