Position Overview
The Manager, Marketing \& CRM drives the execution of integrated, data-informed go-to-market strategies across the full customer lifecycle in North America. This role unifies brand storytelling and client engagement to deliver seamless 360° activations -from product launch through post-campaign client retention - ensuring each initiative strengthens brand equity, deepens client relationships, and drives commercial performance.
Serving as a key connector across functions, this role translates strategy into execution by aligning campaigns, client engagement programs, and performance insights across all channels and touchpoints. The Manager plays a critical role in evolving how the organization activates clients, leveraging CRM, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to fuel sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Campaign \& Client Activation
- Lead the execution of 360° go-to-market plans for product launches, collections, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across brand storytelling, client targeting, and post-campaign engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with PR/Communications, Media, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Education, Sales, Retail, and E-commerce to deliver cohesive, insight-driven activations across all channels.
- Support the development and execution of innovations, re-innovations, and regional programs, adapting global strategy to local market dynamics while maintaining brand integrity.
- Drive launch readiness and execution across distribution channels, including events, retail activation, and supporting materials.
Customer Strategy, CRM \& Insights
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies that drive acquisition, retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Leverage segmentation, CRM analytics, and campaign performance insights to inform targeting, optimize engagement, and strengthen overall campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with Retail, Sales, and E-commerce to embed clienteling and CRM-driven insights into the broader customer journey.
- Ensure CRM initiatives are fully integrated into marketing activations to deliver a seamless and personalized client experience.
Planning, Forecasting \& Operational Excellence
- Support sales and marketing planning cycles, including forecasting for new launches and core business (e.g., Marketing Book and OMP), ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Oversee launch support strategy (testers, samples, collateral, and promotional assets), ensuring timely availability across all channels.
- Manage product comps procurement and partner with Supply Chain and Sales Administration to ensure effective allocation and on-time delivery.
- Develop and distribute key launch materials (Promo Notes, Launch Book assets), ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
Performance, Insights \& Continuous Optimization
- Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Analyze campaign, launch, and client engagement performance to generate actionable insights and continuously optimize future activations.
- Support a test-and-learn approach, using data to refine strategies across both marketing and client engagement initiatives.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, CRM, product launches / 360 integrated marketing, or omnichannel campaign management, preferably within luxury beauty, prestige retail, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of CRM, customer segmentation, forecasting, and product launch execution.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
