Smart Contract Developer at BairesDev

As a Smart Contract Developer, you will be the architect of decentralized systems, designing and deploying the core logic that powers on-chain applications. You will transform complex business requirements into secure, high-performance code, ensuring seamless integration between blockchain protocols and user-facing platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design, code, and test robust smart contracts to facilitate secure, automated transactions.
• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) that interact efficiently with various blockchain ecosystems.
• Implement and optimize ERC standards for tokenization projects, including NFTs and custom utility tokens.
• Perform gas optimization and code audits to ensure smart contracts are cost-effective and resilient against security threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 libraries and RPC services into existing software architectures.

What We Are Looking For

• 5\+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain or Web3 technologies.
• Proven expertise in developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum, Solana, or NEAR ecosystems and ERC standards.
• Hands-on experience building DApps and integrating with RPC services and Web3 libraries.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
