Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is looking for a hands-on Senior Financial Analyst to partner with commercial and operational teams and support data-driven decision-making across a global organization. This client offers salary and great benefits, team environment. The position will be full time in the office. Duties:

• Analyze and report on P\&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Build financial models and perform scenario analysis
• Develop KPIs and actionable business insights
• Partner with operations to drive cost savings and margin improvement
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and Board presentations
• Support capital investment analysis and M\&A initiatives
• Drive finance process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

Requirements

• 2-5\+ years of FP\&A, corporate finance, audit, or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting
• Manufacturing, global, and Oracle ERP experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves
• Strong communicator and collaborative business partner
• Advanced Excel skills; Experience with Power BI/Tableau a plus
• Global experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
