Essential Duties \& Responsibilities
- Accountable for individual strategic sales, profitable sales growth, and meeting targeted monthly and annual goals.
- Develop business/account plans to maintain and increase Roha’s business in assigned key accounts and key prospects.
- Manage and coordinate all operational issues with customer service.
- Make sales presentations to key stakeholders in the key accounts (purchasing/procurement, R\&D, Technical).
- Coordinate sales strategies and execution with other countries for global key accounts.
- Gather data regarding competition and market intelligence
- Participate in trade shows, presentations, or other marketing events when key account contacts are present and/or attending.
- Any and all other activities required to effectively develop and maintain the assigned key accounts.
- Maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of ROHA.
- Promoting the highest quality image of ROHA with co-workers, customers, vendors and the community.
