Senior Accountant - HYBRID - $100k-$105k + 15% - DALLAS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Month end close, journal entries, bank req's and financial statements
• Strong general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR)
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Analyze account activity and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Develop, document, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Analyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications: Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required in either accounting or finance.
• CPA or CMA is preferred but not required
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Strong Excel and ERP experience
• 3\+years of related experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
