Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across engineering teams. You’ll also support the migration of 30\+ applications to a new CI/CD system and help define platform standards, tooling, and best practices for long-term sustainability. In this role, you’ll apply your DevOps expertise to drive the organization’s DevOps strategy and ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient software delivery.

  • Shape platform standards and automation frameworks to enable consistent, reliable, and scalable workflows
  • Work hands-on to modernize DevOps (Azure, AI, Containers, Docker)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain pipelines and automation initiatives to support DevOps strategy
  • Drive adoption of automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure best practices across engineering teams, ensuring reliable and efficient workflows
  • Define and implement DevOps principles, platform standards, and tooling
  • Optimize automation frameworks and deployment pipelines for consistency and maintainability
  • Support the migration of applications between CI/CD systems

Qualifications

  • 5\+ years as a DevOps or Platform Engineer
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
  • 3\+ years experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management
  • Expertise in Terraform (Bicep or ARM are ok too) for infrastructure as code (IaC) automation
  • Expertise with GitHub Actions
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including migrations between CI/CD systems
  • Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks and tools
  • Experience defining platform standards and building reusable automation components
  • Proficiency with version control and pipeline orchestration tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration across engineering teams
  • Practical database knowledge
  • Familiarity with ACA, App Services, Event Architecture, API Management, and Docker
  • Experience with large-scale migrations or multi-application environments
  • Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for automation and CI/CD
