The Opportunity
The Franchise Business Consultant will be the primary liaison between Handel’s corporate and Handel’s franchisees. The role of the Franchise Business Consultant is to support \& serve the franchise community by helping franchisees maximize their business performance, assisting franchisees in achieving their long-term business goals, and ensuring that Handel’s brand standards are being executed at the store level. The right candidate will have strong business acumen, consulting skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. He/she will also be highly organized, people-oriented, and a self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment.
Franchise Business Consultant Responsibilities:
· Frequent visits and audits to existing store locations to ensure Handel’s brand standards and operational requirements are being met by our franchise partners:
- Appropriately documenting and prioritizing strengths \& opportunities for improvement
- Following up on open issues identified during store visits to ensure they are resolved
- Consulting franchisees across all aspects of their business, including Vision/Strategy, Talent/Leadership, Quality/Customer Experience, Sales/Brand Growth, and Financial Return
- Supporting franchisees with new store openings, including on-site support from pre-opening through store launch
- Working with groups of franchisees to facilitate benchmarking, best practice sharing, and market-level collaboration
- Responsible for meeting or exceed KPI’s set annually
- Serving as a Handel’s brand ambassador in the field and the community’s
- Utilizing consulting tools in the field to drive improved store performance and results
- Assisting with the development of new operations tools \& resources to support Handel’s franchise community
- Collaborate as needed with cross-functional teams to launch and achieve targeted results for brand programs and initiatives
- Other Duties as requested, directed, or assigned
