Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam for an Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor [ CSE \& Allied Branches] at UKF College of Engineering and Technology. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting laboratory sessions, mentoring students, preparing academic content, and carrying out academic research in their field of expertise. The role also involves curriculum development, participating in departmental and institutional activities, and collaborating with colleagues on research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise and advanced knowledge in the respective engineering/technology discipline.
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and academic advising in a higher education setting.
• Proficiency in conducting research, publishing in reputed journals, and securing research grants.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage collaboratively with students and colleagues.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools, learning technologies, and practical applications of engineering concepts.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and innovative academic environment.
• A doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in the relevant field for Professor / Associate Professor roles; Master's degree in Engineering and proven professional expertise required for Assistant Professor roles.
• Industry experience related to engineering and technology is an added advantage.
