Senior / Staff Product Manager
Compensation:
$180K–$250K base \+ equity
Location:
New York, NY (On-site, 5 days per week)

About The Role
- Own critical product systems powering a complex multi-sided marketplace connecting businesses with industrial workers.
- Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution across automation, workforce onboarding, matching systems, and operational workflows.
- Develop deep empathy for both operational customers and workforce users to design practical, scalable solutions.
- Shape product roadmaps that directly impact marketplace efficiency, reliability, and revenue growth.
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to define and deliver high-impact features and systems.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product requirements, experimentation plans, and scalable solutions.
- Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving startup environment where product decisions directly affect business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5\+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling products from early stages (0→1 or 1→10).
- Experience working on multi-sided platforms, marketplaces, logistics platforms, workforce technology, or vertical SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics, analyze product performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical systems and product architecture.
- Experience using data tools or writing basic SQL queries to inform product decisions.
- Ability to break down complex problems using first-principles thinking and develop structured product strategies.
- Thrives in high-ownership, high-intensity startup environments.
