We’re hiring a Sales Director, New York City, TriBeCa (Hybrid)

At Brands at Work, we turn corporate communications into experiences that really connect, from global events to employee engagement campaigns for some of the world’s leading brands and companies. Our North American business is scaling, and we’re looking for a proven sales leader to drive new business growth.
This is a true hunter role. You’ll be out in the market, opening doors, building relationships, and closing high-value deals.
What you’ll own:
- Driving new business across communications \& events
- Building and managing a strong, predictable pipeline
- Leading the full sales cycle: outreach through close
- Engaging senior decision-makers and turning conversations into revenue
- Representing Brands at Work in the US market
What we need:
- 5–10\+ years in sales/business development (agency, comms or events)
- A track record of winning and closing high-value deals
- Confidence operating at a senior level
- Strong commercial instinct and pace
What success looks like:
- A solid pipeline within your first 6–12 months
- Winning strategic, high-value clients
- Getting us on the radar and onto pitch lists with the right prospects
Package:
- Salary c.$150,000, uncapped commission, competitive benefits
