Opti is building AI-native IAM solutions for enterprises. Our platform automatically discovers, understands, and manages access relationships across organizations - solving IAM problems that traditional tools can't touch. We recently launched from stealth with $20M in seed funding and are working with enterprises across industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex React-based frontend components within a scalable SaaS product
• Write high-performance, maintainable, and reusable code
• Build and ship features end-to-end
• Debug production issues across browsers and environments, reproduce reported bugs, and ship fixes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend in planning, refinement. Push back when specs are unclear or risky
• Contribute to team practices — propose improvements to tooling, conventions, and developer experience as you grow into the codebase
• Use AI coding tools effectively to ship faster — without compromising on code quality

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional frontend experience building production web applications
• Strong experience with TypeScript, including generics and strict typing-Must
• Experience with React, including hooks and component composition-Advantage
• Experience consuming REST APIs and managing server state (TanStack Query, React Query, SWR, or similar)
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system components
• Solid CSS fundamentals with hands-on experience in Tailwind CSS (or strong utility-first CSS background).

Strong Plus

• Experience with TanStack Router/Start.
• Worked with Radix UI, Headless UI, or similar accessible primitive libraries.
• Written end-to-end tests with Playwright (or Cypress).
• Experience with design systems or shared component libraries.
• Comfortable with data-heavy UIs — tables, filters, sorting, charts, and graph visualizations.
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code for software development workflows
