Role Description

We’re looking for a

highly capable, cross-functional Senior Engineer

who can walk into complex IT environments and bring clarity, structure, and results. This role is not for someone who waits for instructions. It’s for someone who

takes ownership, leads from the front, and delivers outcomes.

What You Will Own

You will be responsible for

end-to-end IT environments across SMB clients (20–150 users)

:

Core Infrastructure

• Design \& deploy

Windows Server environments

(AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)

• Build and manage

virtualization platforms

(VMware / Hyper-V)

• Design complete

SMB IT infrastructure from ground up

• Lead

infrastructure upgrades, migrations \& optimizations

Networking \& Security

• Configure \& troubleshoot

Firewalls, Switches, Wireless Networks

• Implement

secure, scalable network architectures

• Manage

backup systems \& ensure recovery readiness

ELV \& Integrated Systems

• Access Control Systems
• CCTV \& Surveillance integrations
• IP Telephony / PBX systems
• Meeting room \& Video Conferencing solutions
• Coordinate

structured cabling \& site readiness

Operations \& Ownership

• Lead resolution during

P1 / P2 incidents

• Perform

deep root cause analysis

• Communicate clearly with clients during critical situations
• Take

full accountability until resolution

Must Have

• 5\+ years

hands-on IT infrastructure experience

• Strong

Windows Server administration

• Solid

networking fundamentals

• Experience with

virtualization environments

• Backup configuration \& validation experience
• Ability to

handle onsite environments independently

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Immediate or short-notice joiner preferred

Strong Advantage

• Experience working in an

MSP / IT Service Provider / System Integrator

• Exposure to

SMB environments (20–150 users)
