They are equally comfortable building retail environments in SketchUp, preparing print production artwork, retouching photography, resizing and versioning assets, managing organized file systems, and collaborating with designers, marketers, and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative work. Working closely with the Creative Director, Trade Marketing, and cross-functional teams, this role plays a critical part in executing premium creative across retail, events, digital, and brand marketing.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, package, and finalize production-ready files for creative projects across multiple channels while maintaining Sunday Riley brand standards and technical accuracy.
- Retouch photography, clean up assets, upscale imagery, perform color correction, and optimize creative files for print, digital, retail, and presentation use.
- Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for multiple retailers, channels, formats, campaigns, markets, and marketing needs.
- Assist the Creative team with production support for campaigns, presentations, social assets, email graphics, packaging updates, sales materials, event assets, and other creative initiatives as needed.
- Develop production-ready artwork for permanent retail fixtures, gondolas, endcaps, towers, tester units, merchandising displays, promotional installations, and other creative projects that require production expertise across the business.
- Create accurate SketchUp models and high-quality 3D renderings to visualize retail fixtures, store environments, window displays, and merchandising concepts.
- Produce technical layouts, elevations, and presentation renderings for internal reviews, retailer approvals, and fabrication partners.
- Partner with the Creative Director to translate creative concepts into manufacturable retail assets and final production files while maintaining design integrity.
- Design and prepare artwork for quarterly events, including signage, branded collateral, event graphics, environmental branding, display materials, presentation assets, and supporting print materials.
- Develop creative for seasonal windows, pop-ups, promotional displays, in-store animations, and experiential retail activations.
- Prepare print-ready mechanicals and final production files that meet retailer specifications, fabrication requirements, marketing needs, and production standards across both retail and corporate creative projects.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Project Management to execute seasonal launches and retailer-specific merchandising programs.
- Adapt artwork for domestic and international retail partners, including language, regional, format, and production modifications.
- Review production proofs, dielines, color proofs, vendor samples, and final files to ensure accuracy prior to manufacturing, release, or distribution.
- Maintain organized production files, version control, linked assets, artwork archives, and creative file libraries for future updates and reprints.
- Coordinate with external fabricators, printers, retouchers, production vendors, and other creative partners to answer technical questions and support execution.
- Assist with store surveys, retail photography reviews, merchandising audits, competitive retail research, and creative asset organization as needed.
- Stay current on retail design trends, fabrication techniques, image production tools, sustainable materials, and visual merchandising best practices.
- Provide production support wherever needed by the Creative team, ensuring creative concepts are accurately executed and delivered on time across business initiatives.
