We are further building the business consulting team for an Award winning company who for the past 20 years have been designing, building and managing game-changing, digital and data-driven software solutions for the financial sector... but without the normal Red Tape! Their mission is to improve the quality of consumers' financial lives - and they want YOU to help achieve it!

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join a multidisciplinary team driving innovation within leading financial institutions. In this role, you will facilitate and lead workshops, stakeholder sessions, and user testing activities while supporting digital transformation initiatives from concept and design through to implementation and ongoing application management. The position offers a broad mix of strategic, analytical, and delivery-focused responsibilities across complex and fast-paced projects.

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a comparable strategic role;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to process and structure complex information quickly;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different seniority levels and cross-functional teams;
• Professional fluency in English and Dutch is a must
• Experience in Financial Sector, specifically Pension Funds is ideal.
