As our

Senior Salesforce Developer

, you’ll play a vital role at Lennox International Inc. We are looking for an individual that will be central to continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization. This role comes with the potential to grow and manage your entire projects over time.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of all programmatic requests. You will work alongside our global team of administrators, developers to collaborate on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate the proposals, and deliver the solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
  • Declarative development, including not but limited to extensive use of Schedulers, Triggers, Queueable jobs, Lightning flows to meet the business process requirements
  • Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements
  • Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, jQuery. This is a fresh project; we intend to not use Aura/Visualforce.
  • Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization primarily using MuleSoft
  • Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development. Write code only when you must!
  • Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code,
  • Collaborating with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business
  • Guide and lead junior developers within the team
  • Supporting the Salesforce Administrator, take up admin activities when needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8\+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Admin (201) and Salesforce Platform Developer I \& II certification required
  • Strong experience in LWC, Apex development
  • Strong experience in JavaScript, REST APIs
  • Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask
  • Strong experience in Solutioning and Architecting for complex projects
  • Experience in Evaluating and implementing App exchange solution

What We Offer

Compensation

: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between

$110,000-$143,850

annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
