You’ll be responsible for

  • Filling priority vacancies within targeted hiring timelines
  • Building pipelines of qualified passive and active candidates
  • Conducting proactive outreach and talent mapping activities
  • Leading intake meetings with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
  • Supporting interview processes, onboarding activities, and recruitment best practice
  • Partnering with Marketing on recruitment and culture focused content
  • Using recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes

You’ll need

  • 3\+ years of recruitment experience within a similar environment
  • Strong headhunting and passive candidate engagement capability
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and talent pipelines simultaneously
  • Confidence using recruitment software, sourcing platforms, and reporting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience within plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, or skilled trades would be advantageous
  • A proactive, organised, and relationship driven approach

Location

This position is based primarily onsite in Duncan, South Carolina. You will work a 40 hour week with flexibility to support occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekend recruitment activity when required.
