What You’ll Do

  • Lead Clinical Data Science strategy across a multi‑program global portfolio
  • Drive integration of AI/ML in disease modeling, imaging, biomarker analytics, and precision medicine
  • Represent Data Science in regulatory meetings and guide responses to Health Authority questions
  • Oversee large scale data science initiatives across clinical development
  • Shape clinical trial design and endpoint strategy in collaboration with Biostatistics and Clinical Development
  • Mentor and develop a high‑performing, geographically distributed team
  • Drive operational excellence across vendors, budgets, and GxP‑aligned analytics

Requirements

  • PhD in Biostatistics or quantitative discipline (or MSc Biostatistics \+ quantitative PhD)
  • 10\+ years industry experience across Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Data Science
  • Depth in AI/ML methodologies applied to clinical evidence generation
  • Experience influencing regulatory authorities
  • Senior leadership capability guiding Directors and cross‑functional scientific teams
  • Background in neurology or complex biomarker domains preferred
