- Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that improve usability, conversion, and long-term engagement.
- Design scalable interaction models and experience frameworks that can support multiple touchpoints, user needs, and future digital capabilities.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, marketers, and cross-functional leaders to define vision, prioritize opportunities, and accelerate execution.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to validate concepts, identify friction points, and inform roadmap direction.
- Help shape the end-to-end experience strategy for ecommerce transformation, ensuring consistency across the customer lifecycle.
- Contribute to design systems, interaction patterns, and best practices that enable speed, consistency, and scalability across teams.
- Present design rationale and influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling, prototypes, and customer-centered recommendations.
- Use data, research, and customer insight to continuously optimize experiences and improve business performance.

- Comfort operating in fast-moving transformation environments where ambiguity, iteration, and influence are critical.
- Experience improving multi-step customer flows such as discovery, comparison, signup, checkout, onboarding, or account management.
- Experience in service design and journey-based transformation work across large-scale digital experiences.
- Familiarity with experimentation, conversion optimization, and digital growth initiatives.
- Experience contributing to or evolving design systems in complex organizations.
- Experience translating new technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, into intuitive and high-value user experiences.
