As a
Demand Generation Manager
, you will build and execute strategies that generate qualified leads and drive revenue for our growing NeuroTech business.

PAY:
$80,000-$90,000 per year \+ eligibility for company bonus
Schedule:
Full-time, Cincinnati, OH or Remote within the U.S. with regular travel to Cincinnati
Qualifications:
- 5\+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing in a B2B environment.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical software, or sports technology is a plus.
- Hand-on experience developing and executing marketing campaigns from strategy through implementation.
- Proven ability to generate measurable leads, pipeline, or revenue through marketing efforts.
- Strong experience with paid search, paid social, email, landing pages, and audience segmentation.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing reporting; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to test, learn and optimize.
- Ability to effectively market technical products to professional audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage campaigns that generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Develop and optimize paid search, paid social, email, landing pages, and other demand generation channels.
- Create audience segments, account lists, and outreach strategies for physical therapy, rehabilitation, and sports related performance markets.
- Develop email campaigns to engage prospects throughout the customer journey.
- Improve landing pages, forms, offers, and conversation paths through testing and optimization.
- Partner with sales to understand prospect feedback and improve messaging, lead quality, and campaign performance.
- Manage external creative and marketing partners to support campaign execution.
- Track and report on marketing performance, pipeline, and revenue to identify what’s working and where investment should shift.
