Digital Marketing Demand Generation Account Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid WFH) or Remote if not local

The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Demand Generation Account Manager to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients.
This role blends strategy, client management, and hands-on marketing execution. You'll collaborate with internal specialists in paid media, content, PR, and HubSpot to build campaigns that generate high-quality leads, strengthen pipelines, and drive measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, someone who can both think strategically and execute effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy \& Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for assigned client accounts.
- Translate client goals into actionable digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans that align with client KPIs and growth goals.
- Manage ongoing communication, performance reviews, and client presentations.
Campaign Planning \& Execution
- Build and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid search, social, email, and content).
- Collaborate with creative, PR, and automation teams to deliver cohesive, full-funnel marketing programs.
- Use HubSpot and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Ensure flawless execution and reporting across campaigns and channels.
Performance \& Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and drive client growth.
- Partner with leadership to test new channels, tools, and strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications \& Experience
- 4–7 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
- Experience preferred in logistics, supply chain, or industrial B2B marketing a plus.
