Dental Hygiene Program Director

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Hygienist Program Director to lead and oversee our dental hygiene program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive clinical expertise, and a passion for training the next generation of dental professionals. This role involves managing curriculum development, supervising Instructors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Program Director will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality patient care standards while fostering an educational environment that promotes excellence in dental hygiene practice.

Requirements

Ideal qualifications include

• Master’s degree required in any discipline
• Bachelors in Dental Hygiene
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively increasing responsibility in higher education, including academic management
• Experience in a proprietary/private career school setting preferred
• Graduate of a CODA-accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong leadership skills
